"I started coming here after I got a Groupon. Thought it was in a convenient place and worth trying. I had a great experience and have been coming back for the past two years. They are friendly and professional. They talk just the right amount- sometimes i really hate the social aspect of beauty salons, so this was perfect. I asked questions about different products for my hair and they gave solutions without pressuring me to buy things. Overall, I've had a very pleasant experience at Frances Ray Jules Salon for the past two years."

"I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now and usually meet with Alex (sad to hear she no longer working there, but happy to hear she went on to continue with her career). So, through getting to know the salon better through the years and have gone through the bridal trial, I decided to work with them for my big wedding day! I have to say, I'm so happy to have chosen them. Rich was my wonderful makeup artist and Ben was my great hairstylist. They were on time, courteous, professional, and most importantly friendly. Thank you Rich and Ben for all your great work. I look forward to going back to FrancesaRay Jules for future services."

"I would like to recommend this salon. I was referred to this place by my sister. I was looking for a hairstylist, because I am very picky when it comes to doing my hair. I am so happy to have Kristin as my hair stylist. I have been going to this salon for a while now. I hope anyone planning to go to this hair salon has a great experience like I did."

"Used a Groupon for a haircut and it was a great experience! Jordan did my hair and she was awesome- really knowledgeable, friendly, made my hair look fantastic. The place was clean and everyone was really friendly. Would definitely go back!"

"I just wanted to send a thank you to both Ben and Rich for doing a fantastic job with my hair/makeup for my wedding on September 3rd! I couldn't have been happier with how it came out and it lasted all night without even have to touch it up! I absolutely loved it! They had asked for some pictures which i will send once i get them!

"It was a happy day when we found Ben to do my daughter’s hair for her wedding. He was immediately responsive, interested, enthusiastic and kind. My daughter did not want a traditional “up-do” and she wanted flowers in her hair instead of a veil. Ben recommended small silk flowers and had some made from which she could choose. He came to our house on the morning of the wedding and, as promised, kept things calm and pleasant! And my daughter looked ravishingly beautiful. What more could a mother ask?"
