CHILDREN
-Although we love them we cannot guarantee their safety.
-Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult when waiting in the waiting area.
-Please try to schedule your appointment around them.
PAYMENT & CREDIT CARDS
-Unfortunately we DO NOT accept personal checks.
-We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
-All sales on services, products, gift certificates, series, and packages are
final. There are no refunds for any services performed.
-Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or product unless stated
otherwise.
LATE PROCEDURE
We strive to accommodate all of our clients at all times and we are greatly aware of how busy a person's life can be. However, it is extremely important to arrive for you appointment on time to guarantee your full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late it can greatly affect our efforts to perform a quality service, therefore we may ask you to alter the requested service or reschedule your appointment. A 50% no show fee may apply for services valued at $100 or more. Credit card # may be required to secure appointment.
